What age is this for?
Win My Week is designed for teens ages 13-18 (middle school through high school). The language and examples are geared toward that age group, but honestly, the tools work for college students and adults too.
Does my teen need an ADHD diagnosis to use this?
Nope. This system helps ANY teen who struggles with organization, focus, or follow-through. If your kid is diagnosed with ADHD, these tools align with what therapists and coaches recommend. If they're not diagnosed but still struggling? Same tools, same results.
